They come from a variety of backgrounds with specialist skills from Start-ups, SME’s, local & central government to large Blue chip organisations.

 

Phil Merison Biography

Phil Merison has operated as CEO, MD & senior executive for names such as GEC, BAE systems, Thales, ITT defence and Tele Atlas, and brings more than 25 years experience of growing and improving businesses in both the domestic and international markets

He has worked as a business trouble shooter across 6 continents and has considerable international experience in general management and business development roles. His areas of work have included extensive tasks in Canada, India, Korea, Australia, Chile, Brazil, the USA , Middle East and various parts of Europe

Phil has sat on advisory boards such as DMA (Defence Manufactures Association), CBI (Confederation of British Industry), and the Basingstoke & Dean Business partnership.

He is a member of the IoD Institute of Directors, IIM Institute of Interim Managers and an associate of the Link Management Group www.linkmanagementgroup.com
